Early in the life of the Holt organization, we began servicing corporate clients in the tri-state region. Our projects range from today's smart office buildings and high tech computer disaster recovery facilities to interior fit-up for clients such as the Port Authority in Manhattan. We have completed high-end tenant fit-up of 75,000 sq.ft. in 90 days or less and are aware of occupancy requirements.
